Chanel
The season's theme, Paris-Byzance, Lagerfeld explained, was inspired by the Empress Theodora and the lost culture of Byzantium. "Theodora was a circus artist who became empress, like Chanel, who was a little singer and became a fashion empress." Featuring beautiful suiting meticulously decked out in gold chains, braiding, jeweled buttons, feathers, and fringe. (style.com)

Erdem is just genius.
ReplyDeleteI am really impressed with the Erdem collection. It's not cutting edge like Balenciaga or Balmain but it is certainly very well designed & cut. Great to see promising talents confirming!
