Sonia Rykiel's Resort collection had her trademark ultra-feminine pieces: a hot pink coat covered with heart-shaped organza petals, cheerful cherries printed on ruffled cotton voile, grosgrain ribbon bows and diamanté brooches. But there were also a a few boyish for the Parisienne gamine. The mariniere outfits were perfectly 'Resort', as was the gorgeous red and cream ensemble, loved the red boatneck and a-line skirt set, so effortlessly elegant:
Erin Fetherston
Another designer known for her ultra-feminine style, Erin Fetherston showed her first Resort collection for her 'diffusion line' ERIN, with most pieces around $375 and under. The strapless "petal dress" with tiers of pleated ruffles was eye-catching but the simple toga dresses - more wearable:
