Colour Blocking from Top to...Rug?

I love colour blocking, although I haven't done enough of it recently...

When I saw this lookbook via Shopbop's email I fell in love not only with the colours and outfits, but the beautifully decorated interiors, with a nod to mid century modern furniture. To top it off, they restated the colours in the outfit on the side of the picture, just to show you the colour combination you can try your hand at, even if not with a 3.1 Phillip Lim top, which I think is brilliant:

This has inspired me to colour block asap...
