Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2011 Pt 3B: Japanese in Paris - Limi Feu, Junya Watanabe, Comme des Garcons, Yohji Yamamoto

What a dramatic group of Japanese designers! I had to look at some of these collections several time, so I could look at the actual clothes instead of the whole hair/makeup/accessories/theatricality of the show:

Junya Watanabe

This was my favourite collection in this post, and it is easy to see why:strong nautical theme (which, as you may know, I absolutely love), beautiful volume and shapes, brilliant layering and gorgeous coats (especially the sheer ones), too many pieces and outfits to covet:

Limi Feu

Loved the dramatic volume, twisted draping and shapes in black and white at Limi Feu:

Yohji Yamamoto

Yohji Yamamoto's signature deconstructed Edwardiana in all black with a hint of ragamuffin:

Comme des Garcons
